Magic Dragon Toys is a family run company. We supply the kind of toys you had as a child. Traditional toys of good quality, which have an educational value and are well manufactured. Our toy collection contains toys which are suitable for children from birth to around 9 years old.
We choose manufacturers who make toys from ethical, sustainable sources. Toys that are made to have a minimum impact, on our environment. This means our toys are not made from plastic and are recyclable. Magic Dragon Toys are especially chosen to reflect the diverse and multi-cultural world we live in.
Every toy is considered individually by Magic Dragon Toys, before we stock them. All our toys are hand picked for their quality, affordability and durability. As you would expect, all our toys are CE marked for safety. Every toy has a special magic of its own and are the toys we buy for our grandchildren.
Our experiences as a Primary Head Teacher and an Engineer ensure our toys have a strong educational value, as well as being robust in construction. We market toys to schools, nurseries and other educational establishments. Many of our customers are teachers or professionals in education. To meet our exacting standards, all our toys must feel right and have a special tactile quality in small hands. To become part of the Magic Dragon range, toys must have a strong educational bias. This can be in developing skills, values, knowledge, language and creativity. We use our children, grandchildren as well as our customers, for feedback.
We stock a wide range of traditional wooden and soft toys, rag dolls, games, puzzles, mobiles, construction kits, tea sets, baby rattles, traditional ride-on, baby walkers and bikes. We also stock wooden trucks, cars, jigsaws, 3D wooden puzzles, knitted baby toys, rattles, mobiles, creative play items and much more. We stock toys from all around the world and our toy collection is ever increasing.
