A full refund will be provided, including delivery charges as soon as the item is back with us.

Delivery Charges
All charges assume delivery to one address in the UK. Our delivery system will provide accurate quotes assuming you provide the correct country and postcode. If we do not have an accurate quote for your delivery destination, you will be asked to contact us during the checkout process.
Dispatching of Goods
We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within 48 hours of receipt. However, please allow up to 10 days, particularly at busy times such as the weeks before Christmas (from September onwards). However, it is always helpful to know if the order is for a specific date such as a birthday. If you have a deadline, before you place your order, please contact us by phone (01179 763 557) or by E-mail (sales@magicdragontoys.co.uk) we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.
Once the order leaves us, we use a 48 hour delivery service in the UK (a little slower to the Highlands of Scotland) or Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. PLEASE NOTE: All orders will require a signature.
If you are likely to be out, we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ORDERS TO BE LEFT IN THE OPEN, BY THE DUSTBIN, OR WORSE STILL IN THE DUSTBIN! We have known orders to be delivered on bin day and never seen again!
Orders to other countries are dispatched just as quickly and arrive as fast as their national postal services allow. We are happy to send orders placed anywhere in the world to UK addresses, where our standard delivery prices apply.
