Beautifully handmade in England from sustainable birch wood. This is a really old-fashioned yo-yo beautifully tactile and a great spinner. Suitable for children aged 3+

A great skill to master that will give hours of pleasure and the satisfaction of learning something new. Wind the string around the body of the Yo-Yo, but keep hold of the looped end. Let go of the Yo-Yo still holding the string to your hand, as the Y0-Yo falls to almost the end of the string raise your hand and it will return up the string to your hand.

Historically this little toy was made from bobbin parts for mill worker's children to play with. Very popular after the war and a skill once mastered never forgotten.

Toys that often give the most pleasure are those which are the most simple!
