Delivery Charges
All charges assume delivery to one address in the UK.
**For orders to Channel Isles, BFPO, Eire and all other countries, we charge delivery at cost + £2.50 administration fee, and will quote this price by e-mail to you before completing your order.

Dispatching of Goods
We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 10 days, particularly at busy times such as the weeks before Christmas (from September onwards).
However, it is always helpful to know if the order is for a specific date such as a birthday. If you have a deadline, before you place your order, please contact us by phone (01179 763 557) or by E-mail (sales@magicdragontoys.co.uk) we will do everything possible to meet your requirements.
Once the order leaves us, we use a 48 hour delivery service in the UK (a little slower to the Highlands of Scotland) or Royal Mail Post. PLEASE NOTE - Larger orders (not sent by Royal Mail ordinary post) will require a signature.
If you are likely to be out, we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address, or use the comments section of the order to add a neighbour as a back up.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ORDERS TO BE LEFT IN THE OPEN, BY THE DUSTBIN, OR WORSE STILL IN THE DUSTBIN! We have known orders to be delivered on bin day and never seen again!
**Orders to other countries are dispatched just as quickly and arrive as fast as their national postal services allow.
We are happy to send orders placed anywhere in the world to UK addresses, where our standard delivery prices apply.

. This is for UK delivery only. For international deliveries, orders need to be with us by

ALL ONLINE ORDERS:
All online orders are processed through a safe and secure credit card payment system.
We aim to process your order within 5 working days.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All Transactions are in British Pounds £.
Prices include VAT at 17.5%
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS:
Please contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event of this happening.
A Replacement or Refund will be given, excluding delivery costs.
RETURNS:
You must notify us in writing or by email should you wish to cancel or return items ordered.
Under UK Law, you are entitled to cancel your order and return your goods within 14 days.
A refund will be provided, excluding delivery charges.
RETURNING ITEMS:
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging, unless faulty or damaged.
The cost and safe return of goods is the customers responsibility. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods. We do not accept responsibility for returned parcels or items lost in transit.
